Wellness

Wellbeing

Definition

Wellbeing refers to a persons overall quality of life in terms of everything that matters to them: health, relationships, happiness, satisfaction, life balance, feeling great, having a sense of purpose, financial well-being, job satisfaction, spiritual well being, and so forth.

Level of Wellbeing

Level of wellbeing refers to how much wellbeing one has.

There is no upper limit of wellbeing. Thus, wellbeing can be improved on an ongoing basis. We call this improvement “growth” or “education.”

To grow means to get more of what you want.

To grow one’s wellbeing is to make one’s life better on an ongoing basis.
