Ceiba Meals for GC Adventure 2026

- I pulled items off of three of the Ceiba Menus.
- I organized them based on ease of cooking.
- I added a few ideas that I think are feasible.
No Cook Breakfasts (Hot Water Only)
Hot water only. No dishwashing (carry dirty dishes and wash in the evening)
- Continental Breakfast
- Cold cereal, bagels, yogurt
- Bagels & smoked salmon
- Instant Oatmeal
- Rolled Oats w/ Dried Fruit (with hot water but no cooking; this is quite tasty)
- Every Breakfast
- breakfast fruit (apples, grapefruit, melons, oranges, pineapple)
- Individual (Each person brings what they want)
- drinks (instant coffee, tea, hot coco, pour over coffee, etc. )
Cooked Breakfasts
For layover days.
- Eggwiches (English muffins, sausage or canadian bacon, eggs, cheese,
…)
- sausage can be precooked
- Eggs, english muffins, sausage or bacon, home fries
- hot cereal: rolled oats / steel cut oats w/ english muffins
- french toast w/ bacon or breakfast ham
- breakfast burritos w/ chorizo
- pancakes (plain or blueberry) w/ sausage (pork or turkey)
Lunches (Lower Prep)
- deli lunch / deli style (cold cuts + fixings)
